The weekend is over and we got a little bit of snow. Nothing exciting, but more is expected over the week. I am excited about that, as long as it does not come with a lot of wind and rain also.
Many of you spent the weekend at the movies. Despite getting bad reviews, Fox’s remake of the sci-fi classic “The Day the Earth Stood Still” staring Keanu Reeves came in number at the box office with an estimated $31 million. a Christmas movie that I did not care for, “four Christmases” was number two in it’s third weekend. Not fairing well was the latest holiday movie, “Nothing Like the Holidays” debuting with $3.5 million in seventh place.
And now Christmas is less than two weeks away. I have all my shopping done, but not all my cards have been sent out. they are ready to send, but even with internet searches, I have not been able to find the address to send them to.
Guess I will wrap this up. I have another week of having to be to work at 6:45 a.m. I know that is not early to a lot of people, but ugh, it is way early for me to be awake.
